Chocolate Chunk Cookies

And so it begins! A blog on food. I like to write and I like food. So this is a good idea...

Anyway, it's been a nice weekend and tonight, after watching The Great British Bake Off on youtube, Dan and I made chocolate chunk cookies. Mmmmm :)

Quite pleased with the result, crunchy on the outside and a bit chewy in the middle and nice big chunks of chocolate.

I got the recipe in my first year from my cousins who spent all summer perfecting it. I think you can call that dedication to food, which is of course fantastic.

Think I will go enjoy a cookie with a nice glass of milk ;)
