Milky Bar Blueberry Cheesecake

Hello hello!

It's been a while, life got pretty busy after Chinese New Year - a whole whirlwind of university work and a little bit of travelling has been keeping me occupied. I'm back now and this post will be about a delectable little dessert. Well, it's supposed to be a little one but we made it full size because then there's more to share :)

BEHOLD, the Milky Bar Blueberry Cheesecake!

The recipe is off Sorted Food. I really like them, they just seem to have so much fun cooking and eating. 

We used five blocks of Milky Bars... I definitely wouldn't call it a healthy dessert.

Unless you want to count the blueberries.

Four hours later, it was time to eat! 

It's a really nice cheesecake and really easy to make. The blueberries stop it from being too sweet, and you can pretty much eat the whole thing if nobody took your spoon away because it's just sooo good. Definitely one of my favourite things we've made so far :)
