Dan made Carribean Bananas for dessert yesterday. The recipe is off Sorted which is my favourite cooking site just because they're super fun and their food is good.
We tried to make the rum cream but that kind of failed so we just went with time tested Ben & Jerry's COOKIE DOUGH :)
However, I do think that the bananas go better with vanilla ice-cream which we had the first time we made it.
Oh well.
Can't go wrong with cookie dough ;)
