It's real cold.
It's Saturday night, a youtube playlist from earlier this year is on; nostalgia, the cold night air and the twing-twanging of acoustic guitars make me feel like I'm in a movie but obviously... I'm not.
The heater is on, buzzing it's monotone buzz. It's been a good day really.
Pris and I headed to town for some shopping and ended our day out with some nice Dim Sum at Mandarin, which just happens to be over the road from where we live :)
BEHOLD THE GLORY THAT IS DIM SUM!

Okay, honestly, I've had better dim sum, but it's been a while and I think you shouldn't be picky if your resources are limited. The fried radish cake and the 'siew mai' were nice. I was quite happy with that.
There's also nothing like hot jasmine tea and a quiet restaurant for a conversation with a good friend.
It's days like these that I feel I know exactly what it means to appreciate the little things.
