Boxing Day

Boxing Day is a time for waking up late and lounging about the house... Which is kind of what happens on a regular day anyway. Ha. Anyway, it was a time for even more food! Hurray! We had a fry-up for lunch - which was just all the vedge fried up together in a pan - it's basically like a giant multi-vedge mash. It was very very tasty :D Bit of turkey on the side and some cranberry sauce - delicious.

Dan's and his family have a really cozy home. We mostly sat around the house enjoying the Christmassy atmosphere all day :) 

Dan got Gordon Ramsay's cookbook for Christmas - so we decided to pick a recipe and make something :)

We decided to make the Olive, Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia

It was pretty good :) We had it with some leftover turkey and stuffing as well as some pickled gherkins, onions and olives. Yum yum. 

Then we watched a movie.

Ate some chocolate.

And went to bed :D
