Turkey Burgers

Hello one and all! Read on to see what Dan has to say about Turkey Burgers and why he's fallen out with Bob. Merry Christmas to all and Happy Eating! 

This is Bob Belcher of 'Bob's Burgers'. I like Bob Belcher, but he once said "there is no such thing as a turkey burger"... and i wasn't so sure about that.

 So in defence, i made some turkey burgers. I've never made turkey burgers before so i didn't know what to expect... a turkey burger would be a good guess but i don't like to assume when i'm cooking.

Stuffed Aubergine Rolls

I made Stuffed Aubergine Rolls recently, they were niceee. I recommend this recipe to anyone who likes grilled veg.

The original recipe is vegetarian but I couldn't find the right cheese to make the filling so I used pork mince instead. Still tasted pretty damn good ;)
