We made deep fried chicken... Dan's brother Sean somehow managed to call it Chicken Fried Chicken from the deep west LOL. You had to be there! So yeah. It was pretty straight forward. The only thing that seemed a bit scary was the boiling hot oil that we had to approach. Hmm. But I think they turned out really well. Could have been crispier but it was our first time deep frying something without a deep fryer so we decided to play it safe in case the chicken burned and then we'd have no chicken :( Which is never good. I just used the first recipe that came up on google and that was that. Yummy crunchy fried chicken. Hot and fresh. Ah. The good things in life.
